Watch-IT ASCII-SV runs as a Windows Service
Watch-IT ASCII-SV is a Windows Service for intelligent unattended Wireless Messaging (paging or text messaging) of ASCII data from any source. A similar version is also available to run as a Windows application (Watch-IT ASCII™).
Watch-IT ASCII-SV File Processor allows automated dispatch of messages from any computer system platform from downloaded ASCII text files. Watch-IT ASCII scans for the presence of a pre-determined delimited text file on a local or LAN Drive and extracts the "User names or Wireless Receiver numbers and associated message information." Once a message file has been processed and transferred to the service providers' system, Watch-IT ASCII optionally creates logging and post processing files. The Watch-IT ASCII is commonly used to "wireless enable" customer services dispatch systems, network problem reporting systems, E-Mail systems, batch process notification, and alarm condition notification. The Watch-IT ASCII is also compatible with any system that can produce an ASCII file, including UNIX and mainframes.
Send messages via dial-up (TAP) messaging, Direct Serial Connection, and over the Internet (via modem or network connection) directly to your Messaging Services Internet Gateway (SNPP/WCTP/SMTP(email) and InfoRad Messaging Gateway). Secure Messaging via WCTP/SMTP/InfoRad Messaging Gateway. Watch-IT ASCII also supports Direct Serial Connection; use leased-line, short-haul modems, and direct serial connections to Wireless Service Providers as well as on-site paging systems.
Watch-IT ASCII-SV also includes Route on Failure - automatic rollover to secondary receiver address on primary error.

Watch-IT ASCII and Watch-IT ASCII-75 also available. Watch-IT ASCII-75 is a lower-cost & limited version of InfoRad Watch-IT ASCII. Watch-IT ASCII-75 is limited to 75 Receivers and ASCII text file processing is restricted to using Receiver Name. (Watch-IT ASCII-75 does not support 'manual' messaging using Receiver ID's and Service phone number / address.
